Open planned apartment with seperate bedroom. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Balcony with a beautiful view. East side of Reykjavik, five minutes with bus to Hlemmur downtown. Situaded next to Laugardalur Park. Supermarkets, restaurants, healthcare, spa and sport centre across the street. In the bedroom is a queen size bed and In the living room there is a sleeper sofa for two and there is the possibilty of getting a extra single sofa bed if requested. Laugardalur Park is just five minutes away with it`s botanical garden, family park and in the far end of Laugardalur about ten minutes away there is Laugardalur swimming pool. There is a small balcony and a dining table and chairs in the living room for at lest four people. The bathroom is rather small but a has a tub and a good space for your shampoo, makeup and such things. There is a good closet space in the bedroom for clothes. There is a laundry room in the basement of the building, but you have to register on a schedule to get to use it like everybody else in the building. The building is very clean and well taken care of. The apartment is open planned so it has open the kitchen towards the living room.
